My journey to finding a passion for helping others comes from my own story of once needing the help that I now provide. The steps I took to ensure that I made a full recovery are the same foundation that I use to guide others through their journey by providing consistent support, management, and leadership.

What I Do.
Athletic Trainer (ATC)
Board-certified and licensed as a Certified Athletic Trainer, I utilize my knowledge to thoroughly assess & treat chronic musculoskeletal pain and dysfunctions through movement, manual therapy, and education. This includes evaluation, management, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, personal training for medical populations, and performance optimization for athletes of all levels.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
With over a decades experience working with Athletes of all ages, I work with the individual to provide a structured approach to exercise and training so that they can reach their full athletic potential. From earliest development to advanced sport performance, I take pride in not only coaching the fundamentals of movement but in the development of strong character and work ethic.
Performance Specialist
Performance is not limited to simply strength or endurance. Whether this is in sports or business, the human body can be trained and adapted to excel. Using a foundation of evidence-based physiologic principles, I develop comprehensive programs individualized for your body and goals to achieve success in a sustainable, efficient manner.

After experiencing discouragement and defeat at the result of my own personal injury, I have made it my mission to be the supportive leader that guides others on the journey to living a healthy, pain-free life full of movement and happiness.
