Trusted when it matters most.

NFL, NBA, IndyCar and PGA TOUR athletes, in their own words.

NFL
"Matt taught me how to breathe correctly which is the most important thing to me. It helps me with exercises and to be able exert more energy off a breath. Also being able to breathe and slow my heart rate down whenever I'm conditioning or even just when I'm trying to go to sleep it's essential."
Gareon Conley
1st-round pick, Oakland Raiders
NBA
"Matt's impact on my health fitness journey has been tremendous. It's been a couple years since we've last worked together but the things we worked on and he taught me I still use daily, and it's benefited me a ton."
Jahlil Okafor
No. 3 overall pick, 2015 NBA Draft
INDYCAR & NASCAR
"With motor racing be a very different sport, a lot of trainers don't understand or try to fit workouts to its particular needs. Matt spent a lot of time researching and coming up with ideas to match the needs in the car for the length of time and position you're in the car."
Ed Jones
3rd place, 2017 Indianapolis 500
NFL
"The biggest achievement is the way my body feels on a day to day basis. I feel like I'm breathing for the first time in ages."
Marcelis Branch
Falcons, Steelers and Calgary Stampeders
PGA TOUR AND KORN FERRY TOUR
"After playing professionally for 12 years, I understand how important strength and mobility are to maintaining your golf game. Working with Matt helped me maintain the physical strength and athleticism I needed to continue competing."
Michael Buttacavoli
4-time PGA TOUR Latinoamérica winner

The pro standard,
applied to you.

Most of my clients aren't professional athletes. They're entrepreneurs, fitness professionals and active adults who want to perform, feel good and stay pain-free. They get the same precision, the same attention and the same comprehensive approach.

"Matt's knowledge and attention to detail is what separates him. He's helped me meet my goals as an NFL player and I've seen him work with other people, not just athletes, and they've gotten better as well."

WHO I HELP

Find yourself here.

These are the situations I'm brought in for most often. If one sounds like you, you're in the right place.

"I'm in pain and I want my sport back."

A back that flares after a workout, a shoulder that won't let you serve, knees that ended your running, a surgery that never felt right. I assess how you move, find the dysfunction, and rebuild capacity until you trust your body again.

REHABILITATION · RETURN TO ACTIVITY

"I'm busy, and my training isn't working."

You work hard in the gym but sleep, travel and stress keep undoing it. I build a plan around your real calendar, including everything outside the gym.

EXECUTIVES · FOUNDERS · PROFESSIONALS

"I have a season ahead of me."

Off-season strength, power and conditioning, with the injury management and body maintenance a pro career needs. The same work I've done with NFL, NBA and IndyCar athletes.

PRO AND COLLEGE ATHLETES

"I need training that works with my body, not against it."

Strength work that respects your cycle, your life stage and the goals you carry. I find what's driving the aches, then build capacity around how you actually feel, day by day.

WOMEN'S STRENGTH · CYCLE-AWARE PROGRAMMING

"I want to play better golf, without pain."

Mobility, strength and rotational power for a swing you can repeat. I find the physical limits that are costing you distance and consistency.

TPI LEVEL 1 + JUNIOR CERTIFIED

"I don't live in Miami. Can you still help me?"

Yes. I can act as your Chief Performance Officer for the 23 hours outside the gym, fully remote: mindset, sleep, nutrition and physical activity, with a weekly call.

YOUTH ATHLETES

"I want my kid to train right, from the start."

Young athletes learn to move well, get strong safely and understand why each drill matters.

The same level of planning and care my professional athletes get, matched to their growth and ability.

HOW I WORK

Three steps
from effort to results.

You bring the effort. I bring the direction. I assess how your body moves, build your performance strategy, then coach you through it. Results-driven progress, together.

STEP 1 · ASSESS

It starts with a biomechanical assessment.

Pain and plateaus often start somewhere other than where you feel them: a sore knee that comes from a tight ankle, or a painful shoulder that stems from a lack of thoracic rotation. The assessment process is designed to uncover the source of dysfunction.

What I measure
  • Range of motion at every major joint
  • Posture and alignment, standing and moving
  • How you squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull and rotate
  • Strength and side-to-side imbalances
  • Breathing mechanics
  • Injury history, sleep, schedule and stress

You leave with a musculoskeletal analysis that names your areas of focus and goals for improvement, plus a corrective program to start right away.

STEP 2 · PLAN

Your performance strategy.

You get clear objectives for each phase on the way to your long-term goal, plus the specific changes to make in each area below.

Training
Strength · Mobility · Conditioning · Movement quality
Sleep
Circadian timing · Environment · Sleep/wake routines · Travel
Nutrition
Food quality · Macros · Meal timing · Nutrient density · Supplements
Mindset
Goal setting · Expectations · Habits · Stress
Pain and recovery
Injury management · Corrective work · Soft tissue · Rehab
STEP 3 · EXECUTE

1-on-1 coaching, week by week.

I keep a small roster by design, so every client gets my full attention.

2 to 4 sessions a week
About an hour each. I coach every rep, so you never have to wonder what to do.
A daily corrective routine
Stretches and drills you do on your own to address the imbalances found in your assessment.
Weekly adjustments
The plan changes with how you're progressing, feeling and recovering. When life ramps up, we adjust.
Progress checkpoints
We measure and track your capabilities so improvement shows up in numbers not just in how you feel.
INCLUDED IN EVERY PROGRAM
A direct line to me
Personal scheduling tool
Care team coordination
Discretion as standard

Many of my clients are public figures. What happens in our work stays there.

MY COMMITMENT

The human body is the most complex system on the planet, and no honest coach can guarantee a result. What I do promise is my full attention, a process refined over 10 years, and a structured plan built on evidence instead of trends.

ABOUT

Clinical training. A coach's instincts.

I've been coaching since 2016, with more than 14,000 hours 1-on-1. I got into this work after L4/L5 disc surgery at 21, and a rehab with no real plan behind it. So I became the coach I needed: one who understands the body clinically and coaches the whole person, not just the workout.

FAQ

Before you reach out.

I'm not an athlete. Is this for me?

Yes. Most of my clients are professionals who want to perform, feel good and stay pain-free. They get the same standard I hold professional athletes to.

How do I know you can help with my situation?

Ask me. I'll tell you honestly whether it's in my wheelhouse. If it isn't, I'll point you to someone better suited.

How is this different from a personal trainer?

A clinician's assessment, a plan that covers training, nutrition, sleep and recovery, weekly adjustments to the plan, and experience at the professional level. The assessment lets you see that depth for yourself before committing.

Where do you train?

In a boutique studio in Little River, Miami. See where we train for neighborhoods, parking and options if you live farther away.

I have pain or an old injury. Is that a problem?

It's often why people find me. I assess how you move and what's driving it. If anything needs a physician's evaluation, I'll tell you and coordinate with your doctor.

I travel a lot. Will this still work?

Yes. Travel protocols are part of the system, coaching continues remotely while you're away, and I can travel with you on request.

I don't live in Miami. Can you help?

Yes. Performance Advisory is my coaching for the 23 hours outside the gym: mindset, sleep, nutrition and physical activity, with a weekly video call. No travel needed. See how it works.

What does it cost?

Every program is built around the person, so pricing depends on what you need. Private coaching is a long-term investment, and I'll walk you through the options on our first call.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There's no minimum commitment. But lasting results take time, and a problem that built up over years won't be solved in a few weeks. If you're looking for a quick fix, we're probably not the right fit.
